Gives the client flexibility to train on their own time while still receiving personalized coaching on a monthly basis. The membership consists of an in-depth intake call where we discuss goals, schedule, and what the focus of the monthly workouts will consist of. From here a program will be customized to the clients specific needs and sent at the beginning of each month. The program will consist of multiple training sessions per week depending on the members needs and schedule.
This training model includes one video call each month to set the program, direct messaging with a coach as needed, and programs delivered through the MyPThub app. This program is ideal for the serious athlete or weekend warrior who is self-motivated and needs flexibility to train on their own schedules.
